Earlier this month, I purchased 1000 shares of SanDisk for this month’s covered call trade. I sold the July 60 call options on my position for $2.35. On this particular trade, I am selling the stock for 15 cents less than what I paid for it but, I’m ok with that given the premium (cost) of the options contracts. SanDisk closed at $62.71 on Friday and I was called out of the stock.
